Hier sehen Sie ein Beispiel eines sogenannten \u00abScheunenfundes\u00bb. Solche Autos werden meist per Zufall in einer alten Scheune gefunden, \u00fcberdeckt mit Dreck und Staub der letzten drei Jahrzehnte. Ein solches Auto ist weder verkehrstauglich noch funktionst\u00fcchtig. Folgende Schritte werden bei einer Restauration ausgef\u00fchrt: Ca. 3000 Stunden Investition, Gesamtdauer der Restauration ca. 18 Monate.<\/p>\n

Von A-Z, wird einfach alles angetastet. Wichtig hierbei zu wissen ist, dass alles original sein muss. Der Ferrari wird exakt so restauriert, wie er damals die Fabrik verlassen hat. Daf\u00fcr hat in diesem Fall die Firma Niki Hasler AG die n\u00f6tigen technischen Dokumente, originalen Muster und Kenntnisse.<\/p>\n

Grobes Vorgehen:
\n– Alle Nummer finden und kontrollieren, dass alles original ist (Motor, Chassis, Getriebe, Alternator, Sto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfer)
\n– Auto komplett zerlegen (jede Schraube, Schlauch, Kabel, Lager)
\n– Motor, Getriebe und Achsen komplett revidieren (Grund Bohrung, Kolben, Zylinder Buchs, Lager)
\n– Aufh\u00e4ngung komplett reinigen bis zum blanken Metall, kontrollieren und neue pulverbeschichten, verzinken, vernickeln wie original
\n– Alle Verschleissteile revidieren wie Stossd\u00e4mpfer, Anlasser, Alternator etc.
\n– Karosserie und Chassis komplett entkernen, kontrollieren, reparieren, Rostschutz und Lack anbringen
\n– Alle Chrom Teile wie Stossstange, T\u00fcre, Leisten, T\u00fcrgriffe, etc. neu verchromen
\n– Interieur komplett erneuen, Leder und Garnituren
\n– Kompletter Kabelbaum ersetzen
\n– Aufh\u00e4ngung am Auto montieren mit neuen Buchsen, Kugellager, Bremsen, etc.
\n– Motoren und Getriebe einbauen
\n– Alle Fl\u00fcssigkeiten ersetzen ( Benzin, Frostschutz, Bremsfl\u00fcssigkeit, etc.)
