Only the right event equipment will make your event, meeting or private celebration a success and also give your individual occasion that special "something". We offer a wide range of professional event equipment for the event halls and event areas of our unique event location autobau erlebniswelt. However, to ensure that we can cater to all individual wishes and requirements, we also work with reliable and professional event partners in the areas of event inventory, event technology and event catering. However, as we do not work exclusively with any partners, you are of course welcome to hire your own event partners or even bring your own event equipment. Our experienced event team is at your disposal in all matters and will be happy to coordinate your external partners so that you only have one point of contact for the successful realization of your event with us. Our event location on Lake Constance with its 4 event halls and extensive outdoor event areas has a central banquet kitchen below the large event hall.

The spacious outdoor event areas at our event location are ideal for setting up event tents of almost any size. Event tents can be hired from our festival partner and are perfect for holding events regardless of the weather.

Our event location has its own crockery, cutlery and glassware for catering for up to 100 people.

Basic lighting is installed in each of our 4 event halls. A sound system can be booked through our sound and technology partner for speeches or background music….

For events, conferences, meetings and gala dinners in the 4 event halls of our event location, we have 10 round 8-seater tables, 34 rectangular 6-seater tables and approx. 180 chairs…

Professional event catering from Romanshorn - for culinary delights

Regionality is important to us. Both in our choice of suppliers and in our choice of catering partners. You will receive an offer from us with aperitif or menu suggestions. You have the choice between home-style or more exclusive menus. For an aperitif after a guided tour, we are happy to work with local bakeries. Flying dinners and aperitifs are also on offer. The dishes are prepared by our partners in their catering kitchens and finalized in the autobau kitchen. The quality standards of our guests can thus be guaranteed at all times. On-site service will be provided by the autobau erlebniswelt host team under the direction of Janine König.
