Our event location on Lake Constance with its 4 event halls and extensive outdoor event areas has a central banquet kitchen below the large event hall. The event kitchen is equipped for professional banquet and event use and offers, among other things, a large steamer, large refrigerators and freezers as well as a separate dishwashing line. There are also sufficient preparation rooms of around 20 square meters available so that even large events can be catered for directly from the banquet kitchen with a multi-course menu or a sumptuous buffet. Food and other goods are delivered discreetly via a separate, ground-level goods receiving area, where suppliers can conveniently load and unload at the rear of the event location. In addition to the kitchen equipment, a professional barbecue and a fire ring are also available for the outdoor event areas.
